We deliberately mix specialists and generalists. The strategy and account leads are 10–15 years in — they’ve sat across the table from CMOs in India, the US and Singapore. The design, content and digital teams are younger, hungrier, and closer to where craft is actually moving right now. You get both in the same room.

Every hire has a portfolio we’d happily publish. We don’t hire ‘managers of’ things — we hire makers. If the person on your account can’t do the work themselves, you’ve paid for the wrong agency.

Who will actually work on my account?
The senior craft leads you meet in the pitch. Strategy, design, content and growth leads stay on throughout the engagement. Specialists rotate in depending on the work — SEO, ads, PR, video — with the same lead overseeing.
How large is the team I get?
Typical retainers have four to eight people: a strategy lead, an account lead, two to three craft specialists, and a QA/ops person. We scale up for launches and down for steady-state work.
Is the team in-house?
Yes. Every core team member is in-house at our Bangalore studio. We use trusted specialist partners only for motion, voiceover, photography and translation — and we manage them directly, not through a third party.
Can we meet the team before signing?
Always. We prefer that. Kickoff goes better when you’ve already met the people who’ll do the work.
