How much input do you require from us?

As a starting point we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting or ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to help us understand the project requirements. From there you can have as much or as little input into the scripting, filming and editing as you’d like. In any case we’ll keep you informed at every step of the process.

For animation, we generally agree the key messages with you and then we work on a draft script and a suggested visual style for review. However we’re also happy to work from a full script or storyboard provided to us.

Do you add voiceovers and music?

Not every project requires a voiceover, but when it does we can provide you with a range of different voiceover samples to choose from and we’ll take care of the rest.

When a background music track is required we can source a suitable track from a royalty-free music library and provide a license for usage in the finished video.

Can you add subtitles to your videos?

Adding subtitles is an increasingly common request. We can either add subtitles directly to the video (so they always appear no matter when or how the video is accessed) We’ve provided video subtitles in over a dozen languages.

In what format will I receive my video files?

We usually supply our finished videos in the most commonly used formats, typically .mp4 or .mov. However we’re happy to convert these into pretty much any other format free of charge

Do you keep copies of your projects?

We generally keep backup copies of any footage and project files for a minimum of four years. We’re happy to revisit and update older projects – for example if you have changed your branding or want to update facts and figures about your business. If there are concerns about data sensitivity we’re happy to delete all our copies of the media on completion of the project.

How many changes do we get?

Typically, we offer two sets of revisions once we send off a completed project. That’s two opportunities to make notes on everything you want changing so you are happy with the final product.

Now, we can’t speak for every company or freelancer but you can usually expect around 1-3 revisions per project. There are obvious exceptions to this rule but it gives you a general idea to the number of changes you’ll be able to make.

This should all be agreed at the very beginning of the project.

How Long Should a Marketing Video Be?

It depends on the goal and the placement of the video.

Certain platforms have time limits, like 60 seconds for Instagram feed, or Reels, but you can create long-form video for IGTV. If you’re creating video advertisements instead of organic videos, your videos might only be 6 seconds long.

Will I take part in the creation process?

We make certain that every finished video we deliver to our clients aligns completely with their requirements. Therefore, we make an effort to make the production process as clear-cut and understandable as possible.

The final video you receive will be more apt as you actively participate in the process. Your project will have a dedicated project manager who will guide you through every step from the very beginning. They will also keep in touch and contact you in case of any milestones and checkpoints such as music, character’s appearance, etc. They will ask for your approval after each of the three production stages.

What type of video should we choose?

It all depends on your objectives. A creative advert usually carries a small amount of messaging but it’s more memorable for the viewer. An interview-led video might introduce members of your team and convey their passion.
A series of themed videos or Social Media ads could be the right solution. Customer

testimonials or product videos are also very popular. Our creative development phase will help you identify the right path.

What Kind of Videos Do You Create? TV Commercials?

Everything! We produce social shorts, which are meant to be short, sharable (often looping) videos like cinemographs or gifs.
